FEATURE INTRODUCTION
Zhuzi Hu, or Bamboo Lake is situated within Yangmingshan National Park, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. The cool climate nurtures a variety of highland vegetables and ornamental flowers. The terrain"s changes date back 350,000 years, when rainwater accumulated to form a landslide lake. After the lake dried up, the area was cleared for bamboo forest. In winter, the gentle breeze makes the bamboo leaves sway like waves, which is why it is named "Bamboo Lake."
