At Muzhen Garden, you must not miss the signature dish, which is the poached free-range chicken. The chicken primarily comes from free-range farms in Shilin Pingdengli and the free-range chickens from Taitung Luye. Simply boiled and dipped in soy sauce, it is incredibly fresh and sweet. Also, don"t miss the stir-fried vegetables, which are truly fresh, having been slowly grown in their own garden.
